一、扭轉(zhuǎn)試驗臺簡介
The simple introduce about torsion rig
該試驗臺主要用于零部件的檢測。被測試試樣安裝在可調(diào)整空間的夾具之間，可適應(yīng)不同的被測試試樣扭轉(zhuǎn)力學(xué)性能的試驗。試驗臺采用計算機(jī)控制操作，可進(jìn)行扭矩、峰值、角度、曲線等數(shù)據(jù)的采集；顯示器顯示被測試零件的扭矩-時間，扭角-時間，扭矩-扭角試驗曲線；可以實現(xiàn)試驗數(shù)據(jù)存儲、考取、打印試驗報表等。
The rig is mainly used for detecting the parts. The detected samples are installed between the fixtures which can adjust the test of torsion behavior of all kinds of detecting samples. The rig can collect data about torque, peak, angle and curve, which is operated by computer controlling. The screen displays the testing curve about detecting parts on torque-time, torque-torsional angle, torque- tensional angle. And it also can realize the testing data of preservation and the printing of testing chart.
